Tuesday 27th October saw Joan, Mark and Bronwyn at Park towers housing estate cooking sausages.
The recipients of these give aways agreed that they were the best sausages they had ever had & I guess that is because Robyn donated them - and insisted that they be the best quality possible.

The event we were asked to participate in was Childrens' week and there were activities from the
Inner South Community Service and their helpers - Victorian Cricket team, Port Melbourne Colts and of course Rotary Club of Melbourne South.

Perhaps more adults than children enjoyed our sausages and they came back for seconds and thirds.  It was great to chat to people and be part of the community.

It was also good to get to know others that work in our community - particularly Estelle, Susannah and Tinika from Reclink, and Jo, Zoe and Liza from Inner South Community Service.

Joan also had a long chat with a midwife that works in the area and she had lots of interesting tales. Hopefully she will come to our club and share some more with us all.

Thanks so much for time, donations and effort from all concerned.  I sure had fun,

Bronwyn
